The Team

The diverse team at IFLY is highly experienced within business aviation and committed to conducting all aviation activities to the highest possible safety standards while supporting a strong just culture.

With extensive operational knowledge in ground handling, VIP service, and special mission support, our team can provide tailored solutions for each client. Together with our partners, we support services such as aircraft maintenance coordination, inflight catering, aircraft cleaning, and operational supervision throughout Sweden.

Training Standards

All members in our team receives training according to IATA SGHA and additional training to meet IFLY’s standards.

Scandlearn

Scandlearn offer EASA-Compliant training that is mandatory for all our personnel.

Safety & Security

All personnel are background checked by Swedish police and complete mandatory safety and security training. Our safety management system is built around a proactive just culture and operational compliance.

Compliance

All training documentation and operational records are securely monitored to ensure certificates, authorizations, and recurrent training remain current and compliant with industry requirements.

Operations

Our operational training includes weather planning, airport regulations, slot coordination, aircraft towing procedures, ground power unit (GPU) operations, and support for business aviation Sweden activities at airports across the country.
